Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

UK delivery
• Standard (3–5 business days): £4.99
• FREE standard delivery on orders over £40
• Express (1–2 business days): £6.99

International delivery
• Tracked international (usually 5–10 business days): £23.99
• United States: import duties are paid by us, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Other countries: any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and aren't guaranteed. Delays can happen during busy periods or at customs.

Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at osheofficialbiz@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
